Buyer's Comment
I wish the contract had been negotiated to have the seller pay for half the cost of the roof instead of a reduction in the price of the house. I had to take out a loan to help cover the cost of the new roof. It would have also been good to sit down at the beginning and discuss the whole process (like potential outcomes of an appraisal, what to pay attention to during closing, etc...). Overall it was a good experience.
